Vineland’s latest Innovation Report highlights variety development

Vineland Research and Innovation Centre (Vineland) has released its 2021-2022 Innovation Report. The report includes information and updates on some of the research projects conducted at Vineland and in collaboration with others like Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA), and Louisiana State University.

Among the articles included in the report, several of Vineland’s breeding and varietal development projects are highlighted, including the Happi Pear, greenhouse tomatoes with improved flavour, the sweet potato breeding program and new apple cultivars. |READ THE FULL REPORT
